These terms govern use of callpoof.com and the junk removal services provided by POOF Junk Removal, an assumed name of True Diamond Mindset LLC.
Estimates given from photos or descriptions are good-faith preliminary estimates, not binding quotes. Final pricing is confirmed on site before any work begins.
Pricing is based on volume, item type, access, carry distance, and disposal cost. If conditions differ materially from what was described, we will present a revised price before touching anything. You may accept the revised price or decline at no charge.
We schedule in arrival windows, not exact times. We will notify you when the crew is en route. Weather, prior jobs, equipment, and landfill hours can affect timing.
If you opt in, we send service-related text messages about your job: quotes, scheduling, arrival notifications, and invoices. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
We do not remove hazardous or regulated materials, including:
If such items are present, we will remove everything else and leave those items in place.
Appliances containing refrigerant require certified recovery under federal law and are subject to an additional fee.
By requesting removal, you represent that you own the items or are authorized to dispose of them. Upon removal, ownership transfers to us, and we may recycle, donate, resell, or dispose of them at our discretion.
Check for valuables before we arrive. We are not responsible for items removed at your direction, and removal is final. We cannot retrieve items after disposal.
You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access. We take reasonable care, but junk removal involves moving heavy objects through finished spaces. We are not liable for:
Tell us about known hazards or fragile conditions before work begins. Report any damage claim within 48 hours of completion so we can investigate.
Payment is due on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing. We accept card and electronic payment through our platform. Past due balances may accrue interest at the maximum lawful rate, and you are responsible for reasonable collection costs.
Cancel or reschedule at no charge with 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations after a crew has been dispatched may incur a trip charge. If you are not present and access cannot be obtained, a trip charge applies.
We may photograph and record our work, including before-and-after images of the work area and items removed, for marketing, training, and social media.
By allowing us on the property, you consent to this use. You may opt out at any time before or during the job by telling the crew or contacting us. We will honor it without affecting your service or price.
We do not publish house numbers, street signs, addresses, or identifying documents. If you appear on camera and want that footage removed, contact arias@callpoof.com and we will remove it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data.
Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We carry general liability and commercial auto insurance. Certificates are available on request.
We may use qualified subcontractors. We require insurance from every subcontractor we engage. We remain your point of contact and remain responsible for the work performed.
Site content is our property or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission. Pricing shown is subject to change and does not constitute a binding offer.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Berrien County, Michigan, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution directly before filing any claim.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site or our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
