POOF Junk Removal, an assumed name of True Diamond Mindset LLC ("POOF," "we," "us"), operates callpoof.com and provides junk removal services in Michigan and Indiana. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected are used solely by POOF Junk Removal to communicate with you about your service request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out. Information we collect

You give us:

Name, phone number, email address
Service address and property access details
Photos and video you upload or send us of items to be removed
Description of the work requested
Payment information, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers

Referral information from partners or existing customers

Text messages

If you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box on our request form, you consent to receive service-related text messages from us, including quotes, scheduling, arrival notifications, and invoices. Our messages are sent from (269) 280-0870. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of email or phone contact regarding an active job.

Marketing texts are sent only with separate express written consent.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We share them only with the service providers that deliver our messages and run our scheduling on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

Photos and job media

Photos you send us are used to prepare your estimate and document the work.

We may photograph or record work in progress for training, quality, and marketing, including social media. If you do not want your property, your likeness, or your items shown in any public content, tell us before or during the job and we will honor that. We will not publish images that show your address, house number, or other identifying details without your permission. See the Media Consent section of our Terms of Service.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed:

Jobber, our scheduling, CRM, and invoicing platform
Payment processors, to take payment
Subcontractors and crew, job details necessary to perform the work
Miah's Touch Cleaning, only when you request bundled cleaning services
Analytics and advertising providers, in aggregate or as configured. Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are excluded from any such sharing
Professional advisors: attorneys, accountants, insurers
Law enforcement or regulators, when legally required

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some site functions may not work.

Retention

We keep customer records as long as needed for the service, plus the period required for tax, insurance, and legal purposes, generally seven years. You may request deletion of marketing data at any time.
